This is me.

I've always wanted to do a blog about my adventures as a female designer in the tech world who is also the mom of three amazing kids and the wife of the best stay-at-home dad ever.

I didn't do it. Lots of reasons. Time. Life. Fear. And then on July 13, 2015 I was diagnosed with stage 2a invasive breast cancer. Not really the motivator I was looking for but it got me to write this.

So welcome to my blog. First up, my adventure beating cancer.
